- IP address and approximate location (city-level) for fraud prevention and geo services
9.3 Conversation Content
- Text messages you send to mentors
- Voice recordings (when you use voice features) and derived transcripts
- Short session metadata (timestamps, mentor selected, duration)
9.4 Payment & Billing
Purchase receipts, subscription status, and billing identifiers from payment platforms (Apple In-App Purchases, Google Play Billing, Stripe on web). We do not store raw card data; payment processors handle card information.
9.5 Communications
Support messages, feedback, emails, and any attachments you send to support.
10. How We Use Your Information (Detailed)
We process data on the following bases depending on the region: contract performance, consent, legitimate interests, or legal obligation.
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App (contract)
- Process conversations and generate AI responses (contract / legitimate interest)
- Bill you, manage subscriptions, and prevent fraud (contract / legal compliance)

11. AI and Voice Processing
- Audio and text you submit are processed by our servers and third-party AI providers to create responses, to synthesize voice output. Providers may include (but are not limited to) OpenAI, ElevenLabs, RunPod, Vapi, and other partners.
- We may store recordings/transcripts temporarily to improve service or for debugging; retention is specified below.
- Any AI-generated mentor persona is synthetic and inspired by public-domain concepts; these are not claims of real-person endorsement. You will see an in-app disclaimer clarifying the AI nature of the mentors.
12. Third-party Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to run the App and provide features, such as:
- Cloud infrastructure & storage: AWS, Google Cloud, Firebase, RunPod
- AI & voice generation: OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Vapi, RunPod
- Communications & telephony: Twilio
- Payment processing and billing: Apple (IAP), Google Play (Billing)
- Analytics: Google Analytics for Firebase, Mixpanel, or similar
We require these processors to act only on our instructions and to maintain appropriate security measures.
13. Data Retention
- Account data: retained until you delete your account plus a grace period (e.g., 30 days), unless required otherwise by law.
- Conversation content: by default retained for 90 days for service improvement and fraud checks, unless you choose deletion; retention periods may vary by jurisdiction.
- Logs/analytics: aggregated/anonymized logs retained longer for business analytics (e.g., up to 2 years).

14.1 Access & Correction
You can request a copy of your personal data and request corrections.
14.2 Deletion & Account Termination
You can delete your account via the app or by contacting friends@mythoworld.net. We will delete personal data within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations (e.g., tax records).
14.3 Portability
Where applicable (GDPR), you can request your data in a portable format (CSV/JSON).
14.4 Opt-out of Marketing
